PAPG in collaboration with CSG (Comsats Geoscientists Society) arranged a lecture for students at Comsats University, Abbottabad Campus. Mr. Irfan MUHAMMAD (Senior Exploration Geologist, MOL/ University Liaison, PAPG) delivered a lecture on “Oil & Gas industry workflows in Pakistan”.
“Lecture was very beneficial for students. Students had better understanding of application of different subjects in different workstreams in industry.”
This lecture was part of the industry-academia collaboration and student capacity building initiative by PAPG. The lecture was very beneficial for students. Students had a better understanding of the application of different subjects in different workstreams in the industry. The lecture was followed by a short and brief discussion on communication skills and their importance in day-to-day job activities, and later on Q&A session.
As a part of PAPG Lecture Series under its Continuing Technical & Professional Development (CTPD) program, PAPG’s North team regularly plans and invites all the PAPG respected members/potential members from E&P Sector, Academia, and R&D to attend the Technical Lectures and workshops.
PAPG also has planned such activities for students this calendar year as a part of its Continuing Technical & Professional Development (CTPD) program.
